Template Migration — Photoshop to Sketch

Identified an operational bottleneck after a teammate flagged ongoing time struggles with the Beats in Space template — historically the most time-intensive Photoshop build in the workflow. I took ownership of migrating the entire template from Photoshop to Sketch, consolidating what had been scattered across multiple files into a single, unified document with all artboards in one accessible location.

The migration took one week to complete, during which I exported and reorganized all legacy assets from the existing Photoshop templates. Once rebuilt in Sketch, I introduced a Symbol system that allows core images and graphics to be swapped across multiple assets in a single click. Combined with Sketch's batch export functionality, completed files came out organized and QA-ready immediately upon export — eliminating the manual cleanup that had previously added to production time.

The result: production time dropped from 1 hour down to 10 minutes.

The success of this migration opened the door to a broader initiative — ultimately migrating 6 different shows from Photoshop to Sketch, while also updating and editing various other templates to set the production team up for the future.
