End of Year Podcast Campaign

The End of Year Podcast campaign was a high-visibility, time-sensitive production spanning two weeks, with designers across the team producing graphics for Apple Music's best-of-podcast campaign. Assets were built across two tools — Sketch for static graphics and Adobe After Effects for motion — and required multiple localizations for a worldwide release.

Brought in outside of my usual scope within Apple Music Radio & Playlists, I stepped into a supporting leadership role to ensure the entire production team had everything they needed to execute efficiently and consistently. This meant building out the full folder structure for the project, creating a video tutorial walking designers through the correct export process for both static and motion assets — work that was ultimately seen worldwide — and directly training designers who were less familiar with Adobe After Effects.

Beyond the technical groundwork, I served as a key point of communication with DRIs, collaborating on edits to templated files and personally editing templates that other designers would then build from. My goal was to make sure every designer on the project could work with confidence, minimize errors before they reached QA, and maintain consistency across a globally distributed asset library.

The result was a smooth, coordinated production rollout for one of Apple Music's most prominent year-end campaigns — delivered on time and at scale.
